Interesting blog article from a guy who's pioneering a 'village' telco' in Timor Leste. His whole site is interesting. Thankfully we didn't have that many issues in Kisiizi with our installation, although his 'hidden node' issues might explain some of the problems we're having running VOIP nodes in remote corners of the site.
