Disqus importer Sinatra app

I want to migrate historical comments from my TextPattern blog database to Disqus, which I'm using to host my comments on the new site. This is a Ruby Sinatra app (a little web app with one file) which imports comments from an RSS file. Just need to export the existing comments as RSS to make it work...
