Christmas parcels arrive

Christmas post at KisiiziOn our way back from Bushara Island last weekend, we stopped in Kabale to pick up the post. We were expecting some delayed Christmas things, and we weren’t disappointed – we could hardly lift the (enormous) bag!

Kate and I spent an enjoyable evening when we got back, pretending it was still Christmas and putting newly-arrived decorations on the still-standing tree. The thought and care which went into the parcels we received was amazing. We’re now enjoying really nice chocolate biscuits, photos, toiletries and a bunch of other things too – trying to eke them out to make them last!

I know there are some parcels en route – I expect they’ll arrive soon, so if we haven’t emailed you to say thankyou, that’s why!
